Again… food allergies mean we can’t have ice cream! So I take frozen bananas, run them through a Champion juicer, add some carob powder, peanut butter and a little maple syrup and I have a healthy “fudge” ice cream! (Except if the children are having some, I don’t let them add the maple syrup. Makes them too hyper!) =)
